You agree to pay all fees as outlined in the agreement, which may include recurring monthly fees and one-time setup fees. Payment is due on the date specified in the agreement. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in our services, including any content, graphics, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Buzz Lead or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality We understand that your business information is confidential and we take confidentiality seriously. We will keep your confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of providing our services. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability Our liability to you for any claim arising from our services, including any breach of contract or negligence, is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay us for all services provided up to the termination date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of UK Law. The arbitration will take place in United Kingdom.

However, in the rare event that you wish to cancel, we offer two plans to suit your needs. Our pay-as-you-go monthly plan allows you to cancel at any time, providing flexibility and convenience. Alternatively, we also offer a discounted yearly plan that can be cancelled after 12 months without incurring any fees. If you choose to cancel before the 12-month mark, you will be required to pay the difference at the current rate. We strive to provide options that meet your requirements and ensure your satisfaction with our services.
